Also since the official release or some time, I've played and tested the game out; The console commands are already enabled. alt+~ to pull it up, and typing in the desired cheat is embedded without having to do adjust the file anymore. First enable cheats in commands; config.cheatmode 1. & to turn them off; config.cheatmode 0.
