With650B on S and below, and 700C on everything else. I haven't ridden a 650B gravel bike yet, but I like the idea. Toe overlap sucks on small gravel frames with 700C wheels. 27.5 makes a lot of sense for small MTB. 29 is too big and handles poorly on small mountain bike frames, and looks even worse (not that it's about looks).
